Return & Refund Policy – ArctiPaws

At ArctiPaws, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that show signs of use, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at shopserviceab@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective items)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: ArctiPaws covers return shipping costs.
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopserviceab@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
UK Customers Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return most goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason (cooling-off period). ArctiPaws exceeds this requirement by offering a 30-day return window.
US Customers Our return policy applies to all US orders. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
