By accessing or purchasing from arctipaws.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. General ArctiPaws ("we", "us") operates arctipaws.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. All product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in SEK and include applicable taxes. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at shopserviceab@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy available on this site.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including logos, images, and text — is the property of ArctiPaws and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability ArctiPaws is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
