Shipping Policy – ArctiPaws

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide, including to the United Kingdom, United States, and Europe.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our current offers at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders (including UK and US) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ArctiPaws is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Note for UK customers: Since Brexit, orders from outside the UK may be subject to import VAT and customs duties. These are not included in our prices.

Note for US customers: Import duties may apply for orders exceeding the de minimis threshold. ArctiPaws ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at shopserviceab@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
